This time out the demon is targeting a family. They get a series of what they think are break-ins and so they install a bunch of security cameras. Once again we watch the footage and it soon becomes apparent that the demon is after the new born baby of the house. There's the usual slow dawning as the family realise what's going on, the stupid father won't believe it, and despite some seriously strange happenings they don't just leave. There's a tie in with the original but it makes the events and character actions in this sequel even more questionable. The first two-thirds of the movie are slow and dull and the mystery factor is gone because you've seen it before. It still has its creepy moments, but it is dull for long stretches and like most sequels it doesn't have anything like the same impact.
