Incompetent criminals kidnap a young boy and hold him for ransom but all is most definitely not what it seems in this supernatural tale. This is a great premise; essentially the gang have kidnapped Damien and he sets about messing with their heads and devising nasty ways for them to die. Whisper has a few jumpy scares and some suspenseful moments, the acting is good and there are some nice twists but they could have made more of the excellent back-story.
