Faust: Love of the Damned

This is a crazy mess of a movie about an artist who sells his soul to the devil and ends up fitted with wolverine style claws which he uses to kill for his master. A moronic psychologist becomes his love interest and tries to save him from his fate and hard-bitten detective Dan (Jeffrey Combs) gets caught up in the action. It's apparently based on a comic book so may have made sense to fans but it really comes across as trashy campy nudity-packed chaotic gore. It makes no sense whatsoever, the script is terrible, the acting is very hammy and the action is completely disjointed, I'm not even sure who you were meant to be rooting for. If you like a bit of sleaze and blood spattered cheesy effects then you might get some entertainment out of this otherwise you'd best steer clear because there's nothing else to it.
