The film is about a future where badly behaved kids have taken over the streets and there are urban areas that the police now avoid entirely. In an attempt to regain control and enforce some discipline in the schools a crazy scientist, obviously played by Stacy Keach, launches his scheme using robot teachers in classes. McDowell plays the hapless school principal and the best of the disciplinarian robots is played by John P. Ryan who manages to make his ridiculous character a little creepy. This is hilariously bad eighties style movie making with chronic fashions and some forgotten faces from yesteryear. It starts out quite slowly but when the robots begin to get really strict the action kicks off and the finale is spectacularly silly explosive fun. This is really cheesy stuff but if you are a fan of bad movies you'll love it.
